I've just uploaded tSpeed 1.4.2. This is a bugfix release, primarily to solve a number of problems that could occur when running in µTorrent mode.

tSpeed 1.4.2 Changes
- Fix: Mini mode window occasionally getting lost behind others
- Fix: µT mode broken when labels are in use
- Fix: µT mode broken when torrent names contain commas or square brackets
- Fix: µT mode errors when no torrents are loaded
- Fix: Mini mode status text stays red after error

Finally, I wanted to say that though the µTorrent problems were quite likely to be encountered by a large percentage of tSpeed users, I didn't receive a single report of any bugs. As a developer, it is imperative with niche software like tSpeed that I get bug reports from users because the userbase is small compared to more common-purpose applications. So this is a request to all tSpeed users - if you find a problem with the software, please report it, either here in the forums or through the website. Thanks.
